The ZDS Annual Meeting is a time to reflect on where we've been, consider where we want to go, and elect a board of directors to lead the sangha for the coming year. 

This year, following morning zazen, we'll share a meal together (graciously provided by Martin) and have "state of the sangha reports" and elections. 

We'd also like to spend an hour doing some group "envisioning" about ways of enhancing our outdoor space at the zendo. If you've been around ZDS for a bit, you know that we recently had a "Summer Project" where people contributed ideas about changes and enhancements they'd like to see to our physical space. Many people indicated an interest in making the outdoor areas (front & back) more gracious, "green," and usable. But what would that look like? We'll talk about it together. Feel free to bring  concepts, ideas, sketches, photos, whatever -- and be part of this initial conversation.

The Annual Meeting is open to ZDS members at all levels, as well as anyone thinking about becoming a sangha member. Please come!
